Best thing
The benefits, having a 4 day work week and having shift cover.
Worst thing
Some people are very toxic. They are unhappy and take it out on other coworkers.

Best thing
Strong safety culture at Amazon tends to limit injuries. 4 day per week scheduling. Ability to take time off is generally unrestricted.
Worst thing
Accommodations and leave servicing prove Amazon's safety culture is about limiting liability, not actually being safe. Overambitious safety culture enforces requirements that may not be reasonable or applicable to certain roles, or provide any safety benefits in those roles. Corporate decision making limits ability to actually speak to anyone who can actually help if you need it. Flexible time off capped per year to about 5 days per calendar year. Time off doesn't accrue fast enough to cover actual needs.

Best thing
I guess if I had to put something here is that, if you choose Flex (recommended) you can make your own schedule around your time.
Worst thing
So much favoritism, some supervisors/ PG's are scared of confrontation that they let a majority of people get away with doing nothing, but to those who work add more workload. Sometimes the PG's go to the higher ups about a problem, and the higher up side with the employees and sit doesn't get done. They expect you to go to break, come back to the meeting adding an additional 15min to work stopage and come at you asking why is there such a big gap on your time. They know who does cherry picking which is why there numbers are high, and the others who actually get from the line the numbers are low and ask why?

Best thing
Weekends off at the time. Does offer OT periodically
Worst thing
Write ups of various things hanging over head daily. The 15 min break turns into 5 minutes based on walk time. Labor share is not consistent and fair. All Aa's paid the same no matter years employed. Newer AA's possibly make more if COL is up. Micro managed on video. Terrible place to work.
