    lack of communication from higher ups. working sometimes 70 hour weeks and being told “too bad”. having to change my plans if someone on my teams calls out because now I have to cover and don’t have a choice.

    Poor management skills, pushing up sales , advanced care plan ACP, featured product of the month, manager favorites , lack training. Managers can cures you out and nothing happens to them . Because they get awards for making sales goals and only care about bonuses. Upper management is the same way or doesn't care.
