(Part time only) unpaid breaks, unpaid time off, unpaid sick days, unhappy customers. Corporate has no idea what how stores operate, and how customer interactions go. Technical difficulties constantly.

The best part in my opinion that you can get from this job is if you didn't have any car experience beforehand, you can learn quite a lot, even just the basics to help you with your own car.

The worst thing I would have to say is ours being cut even in stores that have very good sales which makes no sense to me and we should get a 40% discount on all purchases versus a 20%

Staying active all day.

No breaks, barely any time to use the restroom, constantly working other peoples jobs: commercial, delivery, retail parts pro, etc., with lack of compensation for doing so. I was underpaid and our store was understaffed. It was a nightmare being tasked with so many different things everyday, when other employees would sit around and do nothing; being the absolute work horse of this store and quite literally taking toll on my mental and physical health.
