The best thing about this job is seeing the impact you make with your patients.
Worst thing
Company culture/leadership, taking sick days ( i.e having to use PTO.. b/c they guarantee patients and therapist 36 hours per week if you miss work you have to use your vacation days, Flex days ( supposed to be your sick days but you only receive 2 per year), or unapproved time off, also the occurrence system ( you have to submit time off with 2 weeks notice ( used to be a minimum of 24hr notice -2 weeks), however if your manager doesn’t approve this you will still receive an occurrence if your manager doesn’t approve them even if you gave them a 2 weeks notice. If your tardy, have to leave early or start a session 1 min, late 1/2 an occurrence ( full day 1 occurrence). Occurrences expire after 6 months/ or fall-off every 60 days of perfect attendance ( only 1 at a time). At 7 occurrences within a year you are let go.
