Academy's business model is terrible, loosing money every year. They're benefits will bankrupt you financially or if you are in a medical emergency. I had to pick the most expensive to get some form of decent medical insurance.

Not enough communication about how you are doing as employe but once a year, not enough pay to make a living, they most employs college kids that don't need much but other's that ain't college kids don't make no where near enough to afford stuff, favorite are well played out in retail and if don't get credit card reduce hours you can't get a full 40 hours hardly ever, you got stay on everyone goodbye side and there well be ones that run and complain about anything and everything retail is not a dream job people
