  • Best thing

Tbh I love my job like yeah it's stressful but so is literally any job lol. Best things would be the people I work with, we all have such a laugh and it's great :) for the majority I love going to work

    Worst thing

Minimum wage is crap for the amount of stress and hard work I put into every single shift like I'm training to be a manager and I'm still only on minimum wage even when I'm giving maximum effort so that kinda sucks. Also the staff can sometimes be cliquey but again I thi k that happens everywhere yanno

  • Best thing

The friends you make along the way

    Worst thing

Understaffed, underpaid, undervalued, overworked, not enough training, employs 16 year olds so it’s a easier payout, managers talk smack about the team constantly, managers are sometimes disgustingly rude about everyone there, the team do whatever their want without any repercussion, staff that have been there the longest are overlooked, and not treated well. overall, it’s a toxic work place to stay in, and I wouldn’t recommend not even someone I hate to work there

    Pizza Hut Employee, September 2022

  • Best thing

The people I work with. Most of them work hard and bond well together. Store management do their best to keep staff morale up even when the company itself is working against them.

    Worst thing

The exec board of the company seem to have lost all sight of what’s happening in the company at ground level. They seem obsessed with their profit margins and squeezing the most out of their employees, expecting them to do go above and beyond but not willing to pay them anymore than the bare minimum to do it. The removal of ordering with a server and making the customer order themselves through a website as well as no longer taking cash has slashed the ability for serving staff to make tips and therefore lead to an average of 25% reduction in overall pay. It’s also lead to a worse dine in experience for the customer.
