Sulis Hospital Bath, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has an opportunity for Nurse Associates to join our Inpatients Bank Register.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Bank Nurse Associate within Sulis Hospital, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team and will be involved in everything from clinical triage to the evaluation of patient care and standards. You'll carry out - and potentially develop - nurse led clinics, reviewing patient's histories, undertaking relevant examinations and tests, organising any necessary treatment, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals when you need to, whilst working alongside a Registered Nurse.

Person Specification:

  • NMC registration
  • Demonstrable record of CPD
  • Knowledge of current issues in professional practice
  • Surgical nursing experience is desirable

Or care about anything but abandon rate and often refers to staff as head which is demoralising, we are micromanaged everyday, communications between sites is terrible means doing our job is more difficult than it has to be, always understaffed and too busy to even breath in between calls/ duties.
