We therefore offer a host of developmental and progression opportunities to ensure we nurture our people, allowing them to grow with us.Due to our customer’s significant and sustained growth we are looking for additional permanent warehouse operatives to join the team here at Clipper, Eldon Way, Crick, NN6 7LS, just off the Southbound side of Junction 18 of the M1.We receive, store and ship out items such as children’s bikes, tents, scooters and toolboxes to retail shops and direct to customer’s homes on behalf of our client, who is a well-known and successful retailer and service provider.Below are some examples of the Full time & Part-time shift patterns available, but there may be others available to suit your availability - Sunday - Thursday 6am -2pm - £11ph £ Sunday - Thursday 2pm-10pm - £11ph £ Friday & Sunday 19hrs - £11ph £209pwMonday - Friday 6pm - 10pm 20hrs - £11ph £209pwSunday - Thursday 10pm - 6am - £12ph £450pwDuties include:•Picking Retail and E-Commerce orders using HHT or Voice systems •Using manual pallet truck •Wrapping pallets •Unloading inbound vehicles •Loading outbound vehicles Required skills and experience:•Previous warehouse experience is an advantage – but full training will be provided •Ability to speak and understand English is essential •Basic math’s •Flexibility in working hours during busy periods •Ability to work in an organized manner, cleaning as you go •Teamwork Benefits:•Competitive salary - £11-£12ph •Permanent or fixed term contract depending upon your availability •Overtime / extra shifts available •Working with a friendly, engaged and high performing team •Hassel free parking •Clean / friendly environment •Uniform and PPE provided •Training and development opportunities / MHE training if appropriate •Staff discount after qualifying period •Perkbox with access to support network Immediate start
