Based at our Head Office and Distribution Centre at Axis Business Park, Portal Way, Gillmoss the site supports our network of Home Bargains stores.
The site runs 24/7 and the available contract is for 37.50 hours a week working any 5 days from 7 - this will include working weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Day shift - weekly rotating - one week 6am - 2pm and one week 2pm - 10pm.
For example, if your allocated rest days are Monday and Tuesday, in one week you will work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2pm - 10pm, in the following week (from the Sunday) the same working days will be worked on the 6am - 2pm shift.
Night shift - 10pm - 6am
Applicants interested in working nights will be required to complete training on day shift before transferring to nights.
Suitable applicants will be reliable with a hands on approach to work.
General warehouse duties include using headsets to receive picking instruction, operating Order Picking Units (OPUs), undertaking Pedestrian Picking and Secure Picking and involves considerable manual handling.

Minimum Criteria To Apply
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Able to work to targets
Able to work well under pressure and to tight timeframes
Available to work weekends as part of the normal shift pattern (Saturday and Sunday)
