Nine times out of ten when you see a heavy-duty vehicle they are not at full capacity. When heavy-duty vehicles are not at full capacity, they throw unnecessary CO₂ into the atmosphere.
Our platform creates a Digital Network that enables loads to be delivered more efficiently, at a better price and with greater quality than ever before.

By successfully matching carrier capacity with available shipper loads in the platform, value is generated, promoting more transactions on the DigiHaul platform for optimisation and to create a virtuous cycle.

Responsibilities

  • To monitor and gain agreements on all costs associated with centralised training budget
  • Implementation of centralised training programme
  • Exploration of augmented reality
  • Coach and mentor site teams
  • Creation and implementation of training strategies, inclusive of digitalisation and automation
  • Implement the training strategy, ensuring each project is delivered on time with minimal impact to service delivery
  • Training audits, to include processes, procedures, resources and personnel
  • Standardised managerial mandated training calendar and development programme
  • Create training media products, such as instructional videos, posters and training aides


What do you need?

  • A general understanding of the UK&I Transport industry
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders at multiple layers within the business and outside of the business. Able to work on own initiative
  • Experienced in statistical recording and reporting
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of Microsoft office / databases
  • Operations Planning experience
  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
  • Very strong facilitation and coaching skills
