*PERMANENT & TEMPORARY ROLES AVAILABLE*

Salary: £10.52 up to £19.35 per hour with our market supplement, premiums and overtime rate PLUS £500 WELCOME BONUS!*

  • Starting rate - £9.52 per hour

  • Market Supplement - £1.00 per hour

  • Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £1.58 per hour

  • Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour

  • Performance based incentives available when targets are met

  • Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 or 1.5

  • Welcome Bonus* (up to £500)

You will earn an additional market supplement of £1.00 per hour* for every hour you work. (*subject to qualifying criteria)

Welcome Bonus

We cannot wait for you to join Ocado Logistics, so we’re offering you a £500 welcome bonus (pro-rata for part time colleagues). This bonus will be payable once you’ve successfully passed key stages of your Ocado probationary period. After your sixth week we’ll send your first £200, and after your twelfth week we’ll send the remaining £300.

About the role

Come and work in our, high tech warehouse in Dordon! You don’t need to have any previous experience to join our friendly team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude and our award winning Training team will do the rest!

We use innovative and state of the art technology to ensure our customer’s shopping is picked and packed in an extremely safe and clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment.

We understand that you have a life and commitments outside of work, so we offer both permanent and temporary contracts, guaranteed or flexi hours and a shift pattern to follow to make sure you can plan ahead. Don’t worry, we have a number of flexible roster options available, so whether you’re looking for a stable full-time role, or something to keep you busy short-term, we have something to suit you.

Warehouse areas

Pick and Pack: You’ll be picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. A process that requires you to handle goods with care.

Days Shift - 04:30 to 14:30 | Nights Shift - 18:35 to 04:35

Despatch: You’ll be loading individual totes (weighing up to 18kg) into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You’ll also be required to sort and organise totes coming back to site.

Days Shift - 06:00 to 16:00 | Nights Shift - 20:05 to 06:05

Inbound: You'll be receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes. A process that requires you to be accurate and pay attention to detail.

Days Shift - 08:00 to 19:00 | Nights Shift - 19:00 to 06:00

Freezer: It'll be chilly, so we'll provide you with a bespoke uniform. You ’ll be responsible for picking and packing frozen items in customer orders. A process that requires you to handle good with care.

Days Shift - 04:30 to 14:30 | Nights Shift - 18:35 to 04:35
