Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf and Soho alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.
Our newest location, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It’s an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to be a key partner to our General Manager. You'll ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly while collaborating with senior management to drive improvements across the board. Your passion for fostering a people-first culture and delivering best-in-class service will be instrumental in helping us grow and evolve.

- A leader with empathy, whose primary role is to take care of the people on your team.
- A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers.
- Someone with positive leadership qualities who can inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards.
- Passion for service, people, and hospitality.
- All-day dining experience is a plus.
