Worst thing
The company,
Don't allow the dealership to get the necessary tools to complete jobs correctly. Don't get any health benefits. The training program is a waste of time. The pay is poor. And the fact that we have to work with broken equipment. Our laptops are terrible and never work takes about 20-30 minutes just to read codes, it doesnt help that they are second had ans have had spillages on them l. Don't have enough equipment to be able to carry out jobs effectively the car lifts break every now and then. The flooring is broken cracked and a trip hazard and unsuitable for a work shop that has oily fluid spills. The roof leaks. There is not a/c so it's boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter. Internet is slow and takes at least an hour to get warranty claims in.Employee at Johnsons Cars, July 2024
