    Waiter at Bill’s, November 2025

  • Best thing

    Team not managers

    Worst thing

Not enough staff members at points when customer volume is exceptionally high. Managers talk about every staff member behind your back.
I have not once received an in-shift positive comment about my performance as a waiter.
General moral amongst staff is very low, at least once every shift someone has mentioned not wanting to be there to myself.
Managers and some waiters are extremely close, like a 'family', but if you are not within this group you are automatically an outsider.
Personal meetings are held within shifts, without prior notice and are conducted in a derogatory manner.
