Joining our Hub team, you will be administering and servicing the spares & equipment requirements of some of our largest UK Key Acct customers. Dealing with both internal and external customers the importance of treating all customers the same is key. This area of our supply chain has grown significantly in the last 18 months, and our key objective here is to drive consistency of service. You will ensure order activities are maximised to help the both the customer and your own function exceed all sales and profit targets whilst delivering outstanding service levels.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of order support, administration and customer service are always maintained. Direct handling of customer queries & orders, whilst always maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome your application if you are an experienced internal sales office person with experience of a fast-paced environment, preferably within parts distribution of some description. Although if not full training will be given. Product knowledge is not critical but more the desire and capability to provide excellent customer service.
