Bath College is seeking an experienced and dynamic Curriculum Team Leader to lead our Hospitality and Tourism curriculum area, which includes Professional Cookery, Catering & Hospitality, and Travel & Tourism courses. Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Middle Management Team, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of academic staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of courses that meet industry standards and prepare learners for successful careers.
- Drive quality improvement, ensuring high achievement, retention, and progression rates.
- Teach and mentor, sharing your expertise with learners and supporting staff development.
- Play an instrumental role in the development of our new on-site restaurant, helping to shape its concept and integrate it into the learner experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for someone with:
- A teaching qualification (Level 5 minimum) and a strong background in catering or professional cookery.
- Experience in curriculum development, planning, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of awarding body requirements and current industry practices.
- Previous experience in Further Education is highly desirable.
