Joining the team as a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing the day to day aspects of the operation whilst focusing on delivering consistent performance. You will also work alongside the Senior Shift Manager and Depot Manager to fine tune the current operation as well as manage and motivate the large team of employees. Working hours: 4 on 4 off nights,18:00-06:00 Key Duties of a Warehouse Shift Manager: Leading and motivating a team of Team Leaders and General Warehouse Operatives in their daily workload.
