Purpose of the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Quarry Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our quarry. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring high standards in health, safety, and environmental performance while keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, Local Managers Rules, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements

Work closely with the Unit Manager, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate production schedules

Supervise daily quarry operations to maximise efficiency and resource use

Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results

Commit to your own development through CPD and training provided by Heidelberg Materials
