Purpose of the Role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Quarry Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our quarry. You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, ensuring high standards in health, safety, and environmental performance while keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, Local Managers Rules, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements

  • Work closely with the Unit Manager, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate production schedules

  • Supervise daily quarry operations to maximise efficiency and resource use

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results

  • Commit to your own development through CPD and training provided by Heidelberg Materials
