WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
  • Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries.
  • Provide an “above and beyond” experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun, as you are part of the management team.
  • Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
  • You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management.
  • You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining room.
