We are a fresh and exciting Pan-Asian chain of restaurants bringing exotic street food flavour to the high street for over 30 years. Now part of the hugely successful Big Table group (which includes Las Iguana, Bella Italia, Amalfi, and Cafe Rouge).

We are looking for an assistant manager to join our team. This role will involve some evening and weekend work.

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
- business performance of the restaurant
- maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety
You will be assisting with various tasks and responsibilities, including driving and motivating the team, demonstrate excellent leadership skills with teamwork. For this position you’ll need to:
- Have previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced casual restaurant
- Be passionate about delivering service excellence
- Have a very outgoing personality
- Be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative
- Be enthusiastic, vibrant and energetic
