Higher Level Teaching Assistant
(HLTA) Supply, full time and permanent roles.

About the role
Vision for Education are looking for a friendly and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is experienced with working with children across key stage 1 (KS1) and/or key stage 2 (KS2). Ideally the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will be knowledgeable in delivering the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme. Here at Vision for Education we have a wide range of roles that work with children on a 1:1 basis and/or in small group settings. This role would begin in September 2024 in preparation for the new academic year.
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will:
* Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification *
Have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics scheme
Flexibility, reliability and adaptability
Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11
Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop
Experience working in a similar role
