This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Lifestyle market.
About The Role:
Days of Working: Thursday to Sunday
As a Customer Service Representative you would be dealing with customer queries and ensuring a high quality customer relationship is achieved. Your main aim will be to resolving incoming customer queries and orders professionally and efficiently, while adhering to company processes and policies.
You will also:
- Ensure the customer is always informed and up to date
- Take responsibility for the administration of customer queries and records
- Liaise with other internal departments professionally and courteously, maintaining a strong and productive relationship.
- Meet targets in query resolution, call handling and quality
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Good customer service skills
- Experience in administration
- A pro-active approach to personal development and learning
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
