SECURITY ESCORT
Salary: £13,822.85 to £27,645.70 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time hours available; 20 - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Cheltenham, GL51 0EX
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to Achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Security Escort on a full-time or part time, permanent basis based in Cheltenham, GL51 0EX.
We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to join our team as a Security Escort. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. As part of a site-based team, you will need to demonstrate strong team organisational skills, working closely with others to ensure the safe and secure escorting of individuals throughout the premises.
Responsibilities

Provide diligent security escort services to visitors and contractors on site.

Follow detailed briefings from sponsors regarding the scope of work and any required security measures.

Escort visitors/contractors, ensuring they avoid restricted areas and comply with security protocols.

Ensure adherence to rules on prohibited items and maintain oversight of visitors at all times.

Deliver escorting services in line with site policies, SLAs, and health & safety regulations.

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by a manager.

Maintain regular contact with client representatives and act as a G4S ambassador.

Uphold G4S values and adhere to corporate security policies.

Ensure team professionalism in service delivery and image.

Identify training needs to support corporate goals and succession planning.
