Learning Disabilities Support Worker

Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive Weekly Pay

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dynamic team. If you have a genuine desire to support and empower individuals to achieve their goals, we want to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities in various settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care environment.
  • Driving: A full driving license is preferred to facilitate travel between client locations.
  • DBS Check: Must have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.
