What Peacocks employees say about their job
-
Best thing
Fast paced environment with constant deliveries, always something to do and new designs to see.
Worst thing
Upper management have unrealistic expectations about what can be achieved in a day and there are almost no prospects for promotion if you don't make yourself available 8.30-6, 7 days a week, which, as a churchgoer and a parent of a pre-schooler, would be a big sacrifice for a job that pays as little as it can get away with. Also there is no real reward for giving your all, whether people are managers or sales assistants.
