    Area managers are terrible, they have crazy expectations and are no help when you really need them.
    The general attitude towards shop staff from head office is toxic and ridiculous.
    The days off over christmas are also terrible, a problem that needs to be fixed in the retail sector as a whole.

    The comapny does not care about staff safety and health, proven by their policy on masks. We are not allowed to challenge customers who won't wear masks which puts staffs lives at risk.
