What you’ll do:  

  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations 
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring: 

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking 
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
