Being a positive role model, an effective practice leader, guiding and developing the team to support people to have the best possible quality of life.     The company. I love my job but staff aren’t treated like equals. And it’s hard to find people who have your back! I strive in making sure my staff know I have theirs if they need it, in the most professional way I know. But as a company in its self the way the staff are paid/ treated is poor.
