As a Housekeeper at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down, you'll deliver housekeeping services to create a safe and healthy environment. Your role is key and you'll be a true valued member of our team. You'll interact with our armed forces personnel daily, improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!

What you’ll do: 

  • Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks in a efficient, timely manner.
  • Ensure all areas of your areas are kept to a clean, healthy standard. Taking proud ownership of the work you do is something we are looking for!
  • Participate in daily huddle meetings with your colleagues and supervisors
  • Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, disposables and other items needed
  • Be a champion of health and safety practices, If you spot a near miss? Report it! Keep yourself and your client/colleagues safe!

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally housekeeping however, if you have no experience.. we offer a fabulous training and induction to get you there!
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
  • Be a team player and take instruction
