  • Best thing

The people I support! And the family team dynamic that I have created within my service. I have worked hard to create the working environment I have and hope to Maintain and create it in other services.

    Worst thing

The company. I love my job but staff aren’t treated like equals. And it’s hard to find people who have your back! I strive in making sure my staff know I have theirs if they need it, in the most professional way I know. But as a company in its self the way the staff are paid/ treated is poor.
