  • Best thing

    Decent pay, thats all

    Worst thing

Management is a complete mess, managers play favourites with staff and staff they don’t like are treated with blatant disrespect and bullied. Staff are talked down to when not staying to do optional overtime, if not on contract hours aren’t guaranteed and one day they’ll turn around and say you’re not needed at all anymore then 3 days later beg you to come back. Employee physical and mental health is completely disregarded and is often held over staff with regards to job security. I could go on.
