    The pay for a student is great and is relatively ok for how many holidays are given to you

    The management is hostile towards uni students due to the lack of flexibility in scheduling for shifts due to uni timetables. If your struggling meeting targets management will find a reason to heavily criticise your work and performance without providing ample training or support

    The managers higher up are really out of touch from what actually happens at an advisor level. Its pretty much impossible to book holiday, it's easy enough to book holiday through the online system but useless when there isn't enough annual leave to book off a day even 18 months in the future.
