We\'re currently recruiting a full time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team to deliver outstanding cleaning services, contracted to 40 hours per week. As one of our committed Housekeepers, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our staff and visitors.More about the role:To perform a variety of tasks associated with the maintenance of a safe, clean and hygienic environment. Key duties may include the vacuuming, dusting of corridors, offices, and general areas. Mopping of floors and cleaning/spot check of all washrooms, including replenishing of consumables as required and emptying bins. The completion of other domestic duties as required. Ensure all cleaning materials are safely stored. Assist with office waste and maintain and clean all fridges located at tea points. Carry out specific housekeeping duties directed by Support Services Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleaguesTo ensure you are aware of and comply with all client and company health & safety procedures and standards at all times. To ensure that any health & safety hazards, issues, near misses & accidents are reported to your Line Manager at the earliest opportunity.To maintain a clean, safe & hygienic working environment at all times.To provide the highest level of customer service by learning and demonstrating the ESS Way values and behaviors at all times to colleagues, customers & clients. To actively participate in any team meetings & training as required by sharing your knowledge & experience with other team members.To ensure all equipment provided is used, maintained & stored correctly and any defects are reported to your Line ManagerTo comply with any reasonable requests made by your Line ManagerProvide cover in areas during periods of absence as requested by your line manager.Observe all Company and Client safety rules/regulations.To ensure standards of cleaning and domestic duties in the work area meet or exceeds the standard applicable to site.Maintain good housekeeping safety and hygiene practices.Compliance with COSHH sheets.Compliance with risk assessments and safe systems of workReport all accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately.Report any substandard equipment immediately.To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line managerOur ideal Housekeeper will: Health & Safety – Follows the right procedures & challenges unsafe behaviour.Displays a responsible, flexible can-do approach to work duties with a passion to provide high standards of customer care and supports colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
