Role: Project Administrator

Length: 12-month contract

Daily rate: £120 per day

Location: Fife (2 day in the office)

Organisation:

Brightwork is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading manufacturing company with an outstanding reputation for providing the highest standard. As part of our client's property, plants and equipment team, a Project Administrator is required to cover all administrative tasks across the portfolio.

Skillset:

Proven experience as an administrator in a project environment.

Proven experience / ability to create purchase orders on the client systems.

Experience working directly with Project Managers through the project lifecycle.

Covering all general administrative tasks to support projects team.

Ability to dealing with queries received in the shared email address

Manufacturing or drinks industry experience would be considered a distinct advantage.

Proven planning, problem solving skills, organisational and attention to detail.

Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
