Coronation Court care home is set to open in 2025, offering you a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new team in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built home. This is your chance to truly make an impact!
About Exemplar Health CareCoronation Court is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the countrys leading nursing care providers.
When open, Coronation Court will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
Although the home is set to open in January 2025, youll begin a tailored induction one month prior.
This will give you the opportunity to learn about the company, meet your colleagues and complete your training, so you're fully prepared when the home officially opens.

About the roleOur Senior Health Care Assistants work closely with the Nurse in Charge and lead our Care Teams in supporting every aspect of our residents day-to-day lives.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- supporting people with theirpersonal care
- assisting people atmeal times
- understanding individualhealth and wellbeingneeds
- encouraging and supporting people to take part insocial activities, both in and out of the home
- promoting choice,dignity, independence and respect
- leading, motivating andsupporting a teamof care colleagues
- ensuring thatcare documentationis completed to a high standard.
We have higher-than-average staffing levels when compared to other care providers, giving you more time to spend with the people you support.
