Contracted to 16 hours so I have to do clients outside of those hours so have to try and work around the 16 hours I do on the gym floor. Communicate is terrible so don’t hear of things have changed or what events are coming up. Can work long days as I have to do my 1-2-1 sessions outside my 16 hours so could be doing clients from 6:30 am until 2pm and then I get out on a 2-10 shift so working 16 hour days sometimes
