We are recruiting a Database & Administration Assistant to join the Partnerships Hub Team within the Marketing and External Relations directorate.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the team to deliver the Partnerships Sub Strategy that directly supports the ambitions of the Universities 2030 strategy.

The Partnership Hub acts as a single front door to the external world, marketing our ‘offer’ and routes into the university. You will support our purpose to develop, grow, manage and measure the impact of our partnerships.

The successful candidate will support the activities of the Partnerships Hub Team by managing data and administration in relation to partnerships activities. This includes creating and maintaining records, importing data from a variety of sources, fulfilling data requests, and supporting administrative systems within the team.

This will include supporting our external facing activity, such as general communications with our partners and providing assistance in the organisation of our events.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working with data and spreadsheets as well as general administration, experience of working as part of a team, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
