CER Education are currently recruiting for a FULL TIME TEACHING ASSISTANT role to start in January 2024

The role is working at a Primary School in Walton, L9 area - supporting in Early Years and will be starting in January 2024 for 2 terms.

Interviews for the role are being held w/c 15th January 2024 and you will be expeected to be able to commit for the full academic year if successful.

Job Responsibilities;

Support class teachers in managing class behaviour and lesson delivery
Setting up and running EYFS related activities
To understand the classroom roles and responsibilities and promote school ethos
Prepare the classroom ready for lessons
Ensure safeguarding regulations are consistently adhered to Preferred Skills;

Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification ( Level 2/3 ) and have classroom based experience
Early Years Support experience
Resilience and a great work ethic
Feel comfortable receiving direction from the classroom teacher
Working with small groups and 1:1 - SEND experience
