An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA & Team Administrative Assistant to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil & Simple based at their research and development facility in Port Sunlight, Wirral (will involve a mix of working from site and working from home).

This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months working a 37.5-hour week, to start ASAP.

This role is paying up to £28,304 per annum, pro rata depending on experience.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with a dedicated team to develop new products and services to better meet consumer needs, and to drive profitable growth for our Hair Care business.

Consumer Technical Insight & Claims (CTIC) is an integral part of opening up these market opportunities in R&D, sitting at the interface between product design and marketing. Our purpose is to guide our brand and category design partners to create products that deliver to the consumer needs, with product experiences that delight consumers and cue desired benefits.

Key Accountabilities

Diary management for CTI Director. Travel booking for CTI Director and team members (as required). Providing administrative support for the Consumer Technical Insights team. Updating and maintaining databases, including budget database. Providing updates for Director and managers e.g. monthly budget update. Scheduling and coordinating team meetings, including maintenance of action tracker. Devising and maintaining systems to ensure efficient management of data within the team. Managing and resolving operational issues. Driving efficiencies in terms of ways of working within the team.

Key Skills Required

Previous experience in a personal assistant, administrative or operational role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team working Excellent planning & organisational skills Attention to detail Experience in dealing with data and producing simple reports Fully operational in MS Office, including MS Teams Minimum education to 'A' level preferred
