Tradewind Recruitment, a trusted partner in education, is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child with additional needs in a Year 4 class. Role and Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a child with additional needs in a Year 4 class. Collaborate with the class teacher to implement individualised learning plans. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student. Assist with academic and social development, ensuring a tailored approach to their needs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in supporting children with additional needs. Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student success. To be considered for this role, we will need the following: Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate. A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
