Job Description

As one of our leaders of the store, you'll be responsible for keeping our customers happy, our sales booming, and our team motivated to crush their goals.

You’ll get to work with a team of fun and passionate individuals who share your love of shoes and fashion. You will support the store manager with daily operations as well as motivate the team to achieve their goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in an assistant managerial role
  • Excellent Leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-store
  • Highly organised to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks
  • The ability to help lead and motivate a team with the store manager
  • Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Able to create a positive, collaborative team environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale

    The company is really big, its actually fun to meet people from different departments, in my case stores.

    Worst thing

    Being overly stressed, handling customers that are incredibly needy.
    Promotions often are so hard to explain that it sounds like a scam.
    The way they teach you to work your way around the store doesn't make sense to no one even the customers notice this( you look like you don't know what you are doing, when you were asked to do it this way by management.).

    Manager insults and talks about staff behind their back and makes comments about customers that could be seen as offensive behind their backs. Policies and expectations are constantly changed without informing staff until a mistake has been made.

    We get good commission and discount, the sales assistants are friendly aswell.

    The supervisors report to the manager what we do during the day when he isn’t there. which creates a bit of a toxic environment for the other employees. Also we get heavily blamed for slow income days.
