WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS KITCHEN MANAGER YOULL Be a Head Chef that can train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of. Be driven to smash targets with your team. Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control. Work with a branded menu. Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
