Job description from Reed
Reed are currently exclusively working with an Engineering company based in Great Dunmow, who are recruiting for an Administrator to join their Team.
Salary: £26-28k (can go slightly higher dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week flexed between 7.30am-5.30pm
Maintaining the sales and purchasing administration process from quotation through to completion on all Projects, Plant Sales, Service & Spare Parts and Fabrications divisions
Manage all outstanding sales orders. Track & liaise internally to determine if an order is complete or not.
Build costs for jobs and liaise with customers to obtain purchase order numbers.
Track and chase overdue sales invoices as and when required
Manage imports from overseas suppliers (projects & spare parts) and ensure we maintain records correctly, including VAT, customs and importation.
General Administration support where required, including raising purchase orders and organising deliveries including for Spare Parts.
Fielding calls and emails.
Managing different inboxes (info, accounts, admin, sales).
Experience
Efficient on Sage or a similar system
Experience within Sales Administration is desirable
