As a team player who spends your time on the sales floor with your team, you'll set the pace, drive commerciality, and showcase a great customer service experience for our customers. You'll be passionate about recruiting and developing your team to succeed - supporting and training them to ensure they reach their full potential. You'll love running your store as if it's your own business and will be given the freedom to think for yourself!

To be successful, you'll be able to demonstrate: Experience of managing a large scale, fast-paced & high turnover retail store A proven track record of successfully delivering KPI's Commerciality & the ability to deliver excellent store standards A passion for recruiting, training, and leading a large diverse team FMCG/big box experience

    They don't put enough rotas up ahead of time. U cannot plan anything! Then they change the rota and don't tell you. You are expected to check your rota very regularly.

B&Ms make simple tasks difficult to resolve through lack of investment in stores that are struggling.Area Managers especially have no respect for any of the staff, they see us as their puppets which they can just mess with peoples hours forcing people to find other Jobs.     Animals in the workplace including mice and birds, I came across an in counter where a palled full of items was not stored properly and fell from over 20 feet and almost crushed me but luckily I was stood a couple of feet back, there is bird droppings on some of the stuff you have to pick up and also the birds eat the seeds in the were houses that were meant to send out.
