Office Manager

Position: Office ManagerLocation: West LondonHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm / HybridPay Rate: £33,000 - £40,000k per annum (DOE)Start Date: JanuaryPermanent As an Office Manager you will serve as a pivotal member,contributing to different tasks and responsibilities - ranging from; HR, communications, bookkeeping, investor/stakeholder relations and project management. You will engage in key cross-organisational

partnerships, necessitating robust interpersonal and communication abilities, but must also be self-directed with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.Duties:*Understand and anticipate leadership needs to help support a fast-growing business*Become right-hand gatekeeper by managing complex personal and professional calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings*Manage calendar requests and meetings, including resolving overlapping commitments, protecting work time, and owning follow-up with partners to ensure timely meeting scheduling*Coordinate international travel arrangements*Assist with expense report management, including uploading receipts*Work with the company accountant and bank to help process and bookkeep the company revenues and costs*Monitor and manage office spaces, including ordering furniture and supplies as needed, tracking inventory, overseeing everyday maintenance, and preparing spaces for external visitors*Assist in onboarding new employees, including coordination of first day schedule, systems setup, and office access needs*Support internal and external events. Organise team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc*Interact regularly and build relationships with company executives and external partners*Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects at times (e.g. preparing reports and presentations, generating insights and research to inform decision making, supporting with events)Requirements:*Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex startup environment*Strong interpersonal skills*Strong planning, organising, and coordinating skills*Proficient in email, Google Calendar, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new systems*Ability to communicate (verbally, and in writing) in a clear and concise manner*Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve*Ability to follow guidance, while also recognising limitations and seeking help where needed*Detail-oriented, with the curiosity and agility needed to support a fast-growing business*AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable*Basic bookkeeping experience is a plusIf this role is of interest to you please do not hesitate to apply for immediate consideration.*Please note: Due to the high volume of responses received for this role we will not be able to contact all applicants directly.
