As a Teaching Assistant in a SEND school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional development of students with additional needs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to create a nurturing

and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND needs. Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere to encourage student's social and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address the unique needs of each student. Requirements: Previous experience working with students with SEND needs is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, are preferred. Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. A genuine passion for helping students overcome social, emotional, and mental health challenges. To be considered for this role, we will need the following: Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate. A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
