With your passion for food and appetite to provide an exceptional service to your customers, youll work with the National Trust Cookbook framework to prepare delicious food. Youll prepare food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes,?making soups, stews, sausage rolls as well as preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods. You'll also support the Head Chef in managing the Kitchen Team, and assist with duties such as stock take and waste management. You'll receive a bespoke induction and allergen/food safety training.     Inflexible hours, you work a full day which is sometimes tricky balancing with other aspects of life. Hard to always get in contact with managers ect and our rotors are on paper and so are hard to sometimes keep up on, also feel guilty for asking for days off.
