Transport Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for aTransport Administratorto join our Eden Farm Luton Depot. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the smooth-running of the Luton Transport Operation.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, working between the core hours of 10.00 19.00.

Job Responsibilities:

Supporting the Transport Department with ALL Administrative Activities.

Maintaining and updating the Drivers Phone Log

Maintain / Control Driver Uniform Records

Track Drivers using the relevant Applications / Date available

Update Failed delivery reporting on a daily basis

Updating ALL Timesheets as and where appropriate.

Maintain Vehicle Hire Records.

Update and report on Attendance records

Various Administrative Tasks appropriate to the role.

Person Specification:

Experience in a similar role is essential

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

A high level of attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and under pressure

Ability to work with drivers in a Transport Environment

Proficient use of IT software including all Microsoft Office applications

Personable, with strong communication and relationship building capabilities
