This private organisation offers a supportive and flexible environment in a Residential Home for Children Setting they value staff, promote improvement, and gives you a real opportunity to influence and achieve changing vulnerable young people's lives from all back grounds and circumstances.
Their focus is to create brighter futures for vulnerable children and young people aged 10 to 24 years. By providing safe supported accommodation, rehabilitation services, and assistance with employment, community integration and sustainable independent living.
You will possess Control and Restraint Training Experience in supporting Young People of Mixed Sex with Emotional Behaviour Disorder, Challenging Behaviour, low to high Mental Health Needs. Offering them support plans to meet their changing needs in their everyday life. Also encourage them to make independent choices and take them out of their comfort zone so they can learn new things so they can become active members of the community.

Having a background in Children Residential Homes, YOT, And County Lines is welcomed too.
To register with BS Social Care you will need a minimum of 1 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 5 years referencing. Minimum Qualification Required is an NVQ Level 3 Children & Young People An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
We can offer:
- On going training and support
- Must be available Flexible - Mon - Sun shifts 07:30am - 20:00pm, W/N 19:30pm - 07:30am,
Sleepin 23:00pm - 07:30am.
-Hourly Rate £12.00
-Accrue Holiday Pay & Sick Pay
-Guaranteed 28 Hours a week
