  • Best thing

Meeting new people everyday and there is always a variations in work, not it’s all the same

    Worst thing

    5.5

    Next Sales assistant, December 2022

  • Best thing

Quite straightforward, you know what to expect every time you come in

    Worst thing

Unrealistic standards are set when working a role such as the delivery team. You’re expected to work like a robot with time pressures and within this time you have to do everything, e.g., if need a toilet break, you cannot ‘pause’ the timer and the timer eats into your working time, or if you need to refill tags, that refilling eats into your working time, which I believe is very demanding and unrealistic as even over a 6-7 hour shift naturally we’ll end up working slower.
